Why isn't anyone having sex in New York?

"It really doesn’t matter why people aren’t having sex in New York ... but I do ask myself Why aren’t there any adult virgins in the art world? I wish I’d never had sex. The social standing I might have occupied as a secular adult virgin in New York City! I imagine it would have made women like me very popular. It would create a new social stratum, an intellectual strain of It Girl."
